We want you to be confident when ordering from Bextgoo. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, unused, with all included accessories and in the original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email support@bextgoo.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please include clear photos or a short video where practical. We will review the request and provide the correct return instructions and receiving address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

• Damaged, defective or incorrect item: Bextgoo pays the reasonable return shipping cost or provides another appropriate resolution.
• Change of mind or other customer reason: the customer pays the return shipping cost.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if it is damaged, defective or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards cannot be returned. Items damaged through misuse or missing essential parts may not qualify for a full refund. These exclusions do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to request a return and, once approved, place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect the return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
