Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in the condition received, with accessories, original packaging and proof of purchase. Eligibility and exclusions are explained in our Return Policy.

To start a return, email support@bextgoo.com with your order number and reason. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, include photos or a short video where practical. Wait for our return instructions and receiving address before sending an item back.

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, Bextgoo pays reasonable return shipping or provides an appropriate resolution. For a change of mind or another customer reason, the customer pays return shipping. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
